5. New announcement on foreign languages:
In addition to the foreign language certificates stated in the admission announcement, VNU allows candidates to use the Aptis ESOL International Certificate (issued from November 16, 2022 by companies or organizations licensed by the Ministry of Education and Training in Decision No. 3646/QD-BGDDT) with a level equivalent to level 3 or higher according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam within 2 years from the date of the certificate exam to the date of registration to prove foreign language proficiency in the 2023 master's and doctoral training application.
