The Information and Library Center of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) was established on February 14, 1997, based on the merger of the libraries of member universities of VNU. Its most important political objective and mission is to organize, manage, and provide information and documents to best serve the information and library needs of staff, lecturers, students, and pupils throughout VNU.
