Ten years ago (in 2001), hundreds of candidates applied and took the entrance exam for the Linguistics program at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The 2001-2002 academic year was also the first year that the Faculty of Linguistics, along with the Faculties of Literature, History, and Philosophy, implemented a high-quality bachelor's degree program, running parallel to the standard program. A USSH reporter met with five of the more than 70 students from this graduating class to learn about the career opportunities available after graduating with a degree in Linguistics.
