As the eldest of three children, Trang always tries to study hard and help her parents to set an example for her younger siblings to follow. Being an excellent student for 12 consecutive years is Trang's greatest encouragement for her family.

Trang has many hobbies like other teenage girls such as listening to music, especially KPOP. Her idol is singer Yona of the group Girl's Generation. Trang likes reading books about human development and likes to travel around the world.

Ever since entering high school, Trang has always thought about how to become a pillar of support for her family, to replace her parents in raising and helping her younger siblings. She shared her intention to find a way to study abroad in Japan to both study and work, to earn money to cover her living expenses, and to help her parents reduce the burden. However, her parents advised Trang to try experiencing student life in Vietnam and then it was not too late to study abroad. Listening to her parents, Trang was determined to take the university entrance exam and her high exam results did not let her efforts down.

At first, Trang registered for the International Business major at the National Economics University. However, after careful research and consultation, at the last moment to change her admission wishes, Trang chose the International Studies major at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Although she studies natural sciences, Trang said she likes majors that focus on understanding countries and relationships around the world. Understanding the world is the way to understand more deeply about one's own country and culture. Looking out into the world also helps broaden one's thinking and overcome one's own conservative and narrow-minded ways of thinking. Up to now, Trang said she is completely satisfied with this choice and believes that a bright future awaits her.
