
🔸Webinar #1 “Understanding Growth” was held from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM on Sunday, November 14, 2021, with two speakers: Dr. Truong Quang Lam and Dr. Tran Ha Thu. Dr. Truong Quang Lam shared valuable insights on "Defining Self-Worth," including: Defining self-worth, the crisis of self-worth, and how to determine self-worth. Meanwhile, Dr. Tran Ha Thu discussed the definition and role of emotions and ways to manage emotions. Through this, participants gained a better understanding of themselves and confidently moved forward on their path to maturity.

🔸Webinar #2, themed “Learning with Passion - Living Meaningfully,” was held from 2 PM to 4 PM on Sunday, December 12, 2021, featuring insights from Dr. Dang Hoang Ngan. Through psychological theories and questions and real-life experiences from participants, the webinar offered multifaceted perspectives on how to motivate learning and design a meaningful student life. Dr. Dang Hoang Ngan believes that small things can have a profound impact, and it all begins with our own actions. However, if you feel you haven't achieved anything yet, remember that you still have other resources at your disposal: positive relationships, connections, and meaning in life.

🔸Webinar #3 “Tet Connection: Bringing Love Back to Family” was held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Sunday, January 16, 2022, with the participation of two speakers: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thu Huong and Dr. Tran Thu Huong. Through their professional activities and personal experiences, the two speakers shared insights to help attendees enjoy a warm and happy Tet holiday with their loved ones, even when they cannot be together with their families. The speakers argued that love is not only expressed through words but also through non-verbal communication such as a hug or a handshake. In particular, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thu Huong and Dr. Tran Thu Huong... Tran Thu Huong pointed out different ways to express love for family, starting with how to express happiness, gratitude, responsibility, and connection, and ending with expressing one's aspirations, ideals, goals, values, and life orientation. Through this, the webinar addressed concerns and anxieties regarding relationships with loved ones, helping participants better understand and connect with their families.

🔸Webinar 4, themed “Awakening Happiness,” was held from 7 PM to 9 PM on Saturday, March 19, 2022, with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Hong Hai and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhu Trang. The speakers presented and analyzed happiness from the perspectives of Anthropology and Sociology. Interesting content revolving around “What is happiness?” and “How to be happy?” was conveyed to the audience during the webinar. Concluding the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Hong Hai and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhu Trang both emphasized that the feeling of happiness comes from within each individual; therefore, we can absolutely be happy when we know how to manage our emotions and adjust our perceptions in a positive direction.

🔸Webinar 5, themed “Love Languages,” was held from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM on Saturday, April 23, 2022, featuring speaker Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trinh Thi Linh. The webinar focused on the five love languages according to Gary Chapman's perspective. However, instead of just discussing romantic relationships as is commonly thought, the speaker skillfully highlighted the application of love languages in various relationships (family, friends, colleagues, etc.), providing attendees with fresh perspectives and a deeper understanding of their own love languages and those around them, enabling them to build and improve relationships.


🔸Webinar 6 “Preparing for a New Life” was held from 2 PM to 4 PM on Sunday, May 22, 2022, with the participation of speaker - Dr. Nguyen Ba Dat, covering the following topics: (1) Mastering professional skills in the 21st century; (2) Developing digital skills; (3) Discovering the “secret” to answering job interviews; (4) Learning skills to adapt to work; (5) Understanding the value of work and profession. Through insightful yet relatable sharing and dedicated responses to submitted questions, the speaker helped young people equip themselves with more useful knowledge and skills to confidently move forward on their learning and career journey.
