????Webinar #1 "Understanding maturity" was held at 9:00-10:30 on Sunday, November 14, 2021 with the participation of 2 speakers, Dr. Truong Quang Lam and Dr. Tran Ha Thu. Dr. Truong Quang Lam shared useful information about "Defining personal values" including the following contents: Definition of personal values, Value crisis, How to determine personal values. Meanwhile, Dr. Tran Ha Thu discussed the Definition and Role of emotions, Ways to manage emotions. Thereby, attendees better understand themselves and confidently step on their path to maturity.
????Webinar #2 with the theme "Learning passionately - Living meaningfully" is held at 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 12, 2021 with the sharing of Dr. Dang Hoang Ngan. Through theories in psychology and questions and practical experiences of the attendees, the Webinar brought multi-dimensional perspectives on how to motivate learning as well as how to design a meaningful student life. Dr. Dang Hoang Ngan believes that there are small things that can bring great meaning, and it all starts with the actions of each of us. However, if you feel that you have not achieved anything, remember that you still have other resources beside you, which are positive relationships, connections, and meaning in life.
????Webinar #3 "Tet connects and brings love to the family" is held at 9:00-11:00 on Sunday, January 16, 2022 with the participation of two speakers, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thu Huong and Dr. Tran Thu Huong. Through professional activities and personal experiences, the two speakers shared to help attendees enjoy a warm and happy Tet holiday with their loved ones, even in circumstances where they cannot gather with their families. The speakers believe that love is not only expressed through words but also through non-verbal communication such as a hug or a handshake. In particular, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thu Huong and Dr. Tran Thu Huong pointed out other ways to express love for family, starting with how to express happiness, gratitude, responsibility, connection, and ending with expressing one's aspirations, ideals, goals, values and life value orientation. Through that, the Webinar answered concerns and worries about problems in relationships with relatives, helping program participants understand and connect more with their families.
????Webinar 4 with the theme "Awakening Happiness" was held at 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2022 with the participation of Associate Professor, Dr. Dinh Hong Hai and Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhu Trang. The speakers presented and analyzed happiness from the perspectives of Anthropology and Sociology. Interesting content revolving around "What is happiness?", "How to be happy?" were conveyed by the two speakers to the audience in the Webinar. Closing the program, Associate Professor, Dr. Dinh Hong Hai and Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhu Trang both emphasized that the feeling of happiness comes from each person, so we can be completely happy when we know how to manage emotions and adjust our perceptions in a positive direction.
????Webinar 5 with the theme "Love Language" was held at 7:30-9:30 pm on Saturday, April 23, 2022 with the appearance of speaker Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trinh Thi Linh. The content of the Webinar revolved around the 5 love languages according to Gary Chapman's point of view. However, not only discussing love between couples as people often think, the speaker cleverly highlighted the applicability of the love language in many different relationships (family, friends, colleagues ...) to help the audience have new perspectives, thereby better understanding the love language of themselves and those around them, and at the same time being able to build and improve relationships.
????Webinar 6 "Prepare your luggage - Ready for a new life" was held at 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 22, 2022 with the participation of speaker - Dr. Nguyen Ba Dat with the following contents: (1) Mastering professional skills in the 21st century; (2) Developing digital capacity; (3) Discovering "secrets" to answering job interviews; (4) Learning job adaptation skills; (5) Understanding the value of work and career. Through deep and intimate sharing and dedicated responses to submitted questions, the speaker helped young people equip themselves with more useful knowledge and skills to be more confident in their journey of learning and working.
