Interest:

• Receive a fixed salary of 1,500,000 VND/month.
• Receive a fixed salary of 2,000,000 VND/month.
• Receive 20% of sales revenue.
• Attractive monthly bonuses.
• Received sales training.

How to determine salary, quotas, and commission percentages.:

• Collaborators are assigned a sales quota of 15 million VND per month.
• If this target is met, the collaborator will receive a fixed salary of VND 1,500,000/month, and a performance-based salary of VND 2,000,000/month.
• If this target is not met, the collaborator will only receive a commission equivalent to 20% of the actual sales.
• If a collaborator exceeds their sales target, their bonus will be calculated as follows: VND 1,500,000 + VND 2,000,000 + 20% of the sales exceeding the target.

Working mode:

• Collaborators have signed a Collaborator Agreement with CMP.
• Freelancers can work on a flexible schedule.
• You will have the opportunity to participate in training courses organized by CMP (free of charge).
