On August 23, 2011, the Ministry of Education and Training sent telegram No. 885/CD-BGDDT with some additional regulations on admission for the second choice.

Notably, in order for the application and admission process to take place in an orderly, safe, serious and in accordance with regulations, the Ministry of Education and Training requires schools to comply with the following regulations: 1. Only notify and receive applications for admission to the second choice (NV2) of candidates within the prescribed time limit, from August 25, 2011 to 5:00 p.m. on September 15, 2011. 2. Do not accept NV2 applications from candidates submitted before August 25, 2011 and do not end the receipt of NV2 applications from candidates submitted before 5:00 p.m. on September 15, 2011.
