On August 23, 2011, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Official Dispatch No. 885/CĐ-BGDĐT with some additional regulations on the second round of university admissions.
View the full text of the telegram here.Notably, to ensure that the application and admission process is orderly, safe, serious, and in accordance with regulations, the Ministry of Education and Training requires schools to strictly adhere to the following regulations: 1. Only announce and receive applications for the second choice (NV2) from candidates within the stipulated deadline, from August 25, 2011, to 5 PM on September 15, 2011. 2. Do not accept NV2 applications submitted before August 25, 2011, and do not end the acceptance of NV2 applications submitted before 5 PM on September 15, 2011.
