On August 29, 2011, the President of VNU signed Decision No. 2485/QD-TCCB to transfer and appoint Mr. Dinh Van Huong, Associate Professor, PhD, Director of the Center for Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities to hold the position of Head of the Department of Politics and Student Affairs - VNU, Hanoi from September 1, 2011.
