The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the plan for organizing the Opening Ceremony of the 2011-2012 academic year.1. Time: 8:30 AM, Saturday, September 10, 2011 2. Location: Auditorium of the Me Tri Student Dormitory Center Cultural Center 3. Participants: - All university staff and volunteer lecturers. - Standing Committee of the University Youth Union, Secretariat of the Student Association, Secretary of the Student Union Branch, and President of the Student Association Branch (students). - Representatives of class committees, Executive Committees of student union branches, Executive Committees of student associations; all awarded students; representatives of foreign students (10 students from the Vietnamese Studies Faculty, 10 students from the Linguistics Faculty); 10 students from international joint training programs nominated by the Department of External Relations and International Cooperation. - Students of the QH-2011-X cohort (number from each faculty can be found in the appendix attached to this document)

Note:

- Students should arrive at 7:30 AM, and faculty will be welcomed starting at 8:00 AM. - All delegates attending the opening ceremony must wear formal attire. - When nominating students from the QH-2011-X cohort, units should not send students who are registered to take the English exam for course exemption and credit accumulation, which takes place concurrently.
