Information for candidates who passed the 2011 regular university entrance examination.

Enrollment period:
  • Monday, September 26, 2011 (during office hours): Sociology, Philosophy, Political Science, Literature.
  • Tuesday, September 27, 2011 (during office hours): Linguistics, Information and Library Science, Sino-Vietnamese Studies, Anthropology, and Literature Education.
  • Location: Political and Student Affairs Office, Room 408, Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi
Upon enrollment, you must submit:
  1. Admission notice for successful candidates in 2011: original and 3 photocopies.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy and the original for verification, or a temporary graduation certificate (original) for candidates who graduated in 2011.
  3. High school transcript or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy or certified copy from the school where you graduated, and the original for verification.
  4. Birth certificate: 1 notarized photocopy.
  5. The attached resume/CV must include a photograph with a seal and certification from the local government or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works.
  6. Certificate of eligibility for social welfare benefits (if applicable).
  7. Personal profile, Party/Youth Union membership transfer certificate (if applicable).
  8. The temporary residence registration form is issued by the ward (or commune) police station, along with a photocopy of the National Identity Card (for students who need to register for temporary residence).
  9. Military service registration transfer certificate (for males within the age range for military service).
  10. Ten 3x4 photos and two 6x9 photos, taken no more than six months prior to the enrollment date.
  11. The amounts of money:
    1. Fees for student ID cards and student materials: 50,000 VND
    2. Tuition fee (provisional): 700,000 VND
    3. Fee for health record and medical examination: 30,000 VND
    4. Standard room rate (for students in dormitories): 90,000 VND/month
    5. Temporary residence registration, dormitory registration, initial supplies (for students in dormitories): 50,000 VND
    6. Voluntary health insurance: 184,000 VND/year (as regulated by the Hanoi City Social Insurance).
    7. Personal accident insurance (voluntary): VND 132,000/4 years (as per PJICO Insurance Company regulations).
    8. Student ID card, student records and documents: 50,000 VND.
