In the 2012 university entrance exam, in addition to receiving their exam notification at the place where they submitted their application, candidates could also view exam information directly on the university's website.

2. Examination time and procedures+ Candidates must be present at the examination site at exactly 8:00 AM on July 8, 2012, to complete the examination procedures. + When arriving at the school to complete the examination procedures, candidates must bring their Examination Notice, Identity Card, High School Diploma or Temporary High School Graduation Certificate. + Candidates belonging to ethnic minorities whose Examination Notice does not recognize them as Category 01 must submit one of the following three documents during the examination procedures (morning, July 8, 2012): a copy of their birth certificate, a notarized copy of their identity card, or a certificate of ethnic minority background issued by the local government. Failure to submit by the deadline will result in the candidate not being entitled to preferential treatment according to the current university admission regulations.
NoteOn May 31, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities sent the Examination Notices to the Departments of Education and Training. For candidates who submitted their application forms at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (code 99), the University sent the Examination Notices to the address provided by the candidate in the envelope submitted with their application.
