Successful candidates who wish to receive their Admission Letter in person at the University are invited to come to the Training Department (room 604, building E, 336 Nguyen Trai Street) before 11:00 AM on September 12, 2012 (please see Mr. Nguyen Van Hong) to receive it. Please bring your identification documents or exam card when you come to receive it. After this time, the University will send the admission letter to the address you registered. If you need assistance in receiving your admission letter, please contact the Training Department at 04.38585237.

TimeFrom September 12, 2012 to September 24, 2012 (during business hours)Location: Department of Politics and Student Affairs, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi)Upon enrollment, you must pay:
  • Admission notice for successful candidates in 2012: original and 3 photocopies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy and the original for verification, or a temporary graduation certificate (original) for candidates who graduated from high school in 2012.
  • High school transcript or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy or certified copy from the school where you graduated, and the original for verification.
  • Birth certificate: 1 notarized photocopy.
  • The attached resume/CV must include a photograph with a seal and certification from the local government or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works.
  • Certificate of eligibility for social welfare benefits (if applicable).
  • Personal history and Party/Youth Union membership transfer documents (if any).
  • The temporary residence registration form is issued by the ward (or commune) police station, along with a photocopy of the National Identity Card (for students who need to register for temporary residence).
  • Military service registration transfer certificate (for males within the age range for military service).
  • Ten 3x4 photos and two 6x9 photos, taken no more than six months prior to the enrollment date.
  • The amounts of money:
    • Fees for student ID cards and student materials: 50,000 VND
    • Tuition fee (provisional): 700,000 VND
    • Fees for health records and medical examination: As per the regulations of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
    • Dormitory fees (for students eligible for dormitory accommodation): According to the regulations of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
    • Temporary residence registration fee (for students living in dormitories): 50,000 VND
    • Health Insurance: 265,000 VND/year (as per regulations of Bao Viet Insurance Company)
    • Personal accident insurance (voluntary): VND 165,000/4 years (as per regulations of Bao Viet Insurance Company).
