Currently, supplementary application forms can be submitted multiple times (as candidates have the right to withdraw their application if they feel their chances of being admitted to a particular program are low). Therefore, sections 1 and 2 are designed to allow candidates to withdraw their application and submit it to a different program if they wish, without having to erase anything. When the review results show a change in score, the school will reissue the exam results report to the candidate, and the score after the review will be the final official score recorded in the admissions file. When candidates submit their score reports to register for supplementary admissions and are admitted, all schools must comply with the admissions regulations by sending the list and results to the school the candidate applied to for verification. If you have submitted all the necessary documents certifying your eligibility for priority group 06 (clearly stated as group 06 on your university entrance exam card), then congratulations, you have been accepted into your first choice, the Tourism and Travel Management program. Currently, the Department of Oriental Studies does not offer a double degree program. Therefore, you are not eligible to register for Oriental Studies as a second major.

You're misunderstanding the school's announcement. The announcement means that the score announced by the school for supplementary admission applications is for high school students from Zone 3, meaning those who are not entitled to any preferential treatment. Since you are a student entitled to Zone 2 – NT preferential treatment, you are still entitled to submit a supplementary application and receive regional preferential treatment as per regulations.

I understand that you submitted two application forms, but on July 8th, 2012, when you went through the registration process, you only had to confirm one application. You have every right to withdraw your application for the Linguistics program and apply to the Classical Chinese Studies program instead. The withdrawal process is conducted directly at the university, so you need to go to the university's Academic Affairs Office to complete the necessary procedures. According to regulations, the final score of a candidate is rounded up to the nearest 0.25. Therefore, if a candidate's score is 17.25, it will be rounded up to 17.5 and they will be considered for admission as if they had scored 17.5. There is no case where a candidate with 17.25 fails while a candidate with 17.5 passes.

In the text section, please write the correct name of the major you wish to apply for. In the major code section, please write the correct 7-character code for that major; writing it outside the code is fine, as your rights as a candidate will still be protected.

You have two forms; please use the remaining one to make a photocopy and submit it. You shouldn't withdraw it from the school because that wastes your time and the Training Department's time as well.
