The first joint master's degree program with Ha Tinh University.

On the morning of November 5, 2011, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held the opening ceremony for its 2011 postgraduate training course in Political Science in Ha Tinh. This is the first joint master's degree program between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Ha Tinh University. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Thien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Thieu Dinh Duy - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Dang Quoc Vinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Propaganda Department; Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities; Professor Dr. Phung Huu Phu - Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, Head of the Faculty of Political Science. On behalf of the leadership of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh congratulated and shared his joy with Ha Tinh University and especially the 25 postgraduate students. He also expressed his hope that the course would be a great success. The professor also hoped to continue collaborating with Ha Tinh University to train master's students in the coming years.
