2011 Financial Conference

On November 9th, the 2011 Finance Conference of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities was held. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu – Vice Rector – chaired the conference. Attendees included representatives from the leadership and finance specialists from various units.The conference heard a report summarizing the financial work for the 2010 academic year and the planned activities for 2011. Following this, delegates discussed several key issues: - Amendments and additions to the internal expenditure regulations; - General principles in financial revenue and expenditure activities; - Procedures for advances and settlements of expenditures; - Monitoring payment activities and preparing for the closing of the 2011 budget; - Guidance on recording financial revenue and expenditure; - Guidance on managing and utilizing some supplementary revenue sources at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
