Decision No. 1665/QD-UBND on the promulgation of rules of conduct in public places in Hanoi city.

On March 10, 2017, the People's Committee of Hanoi City signed Decision No. 1665/QD-UBND on the promulgation of the code of conduct in public places in Hanoi City. The Information and Communication Technology Department would like to forward the content of the above document to the Board of Directors (for guidance on implementation); and to the heads of units for their information, dissemination, and thorough understanding of the code of conduct for their staff, faculty, and students.
