On March 10, 2017, the Hanoi People's Committee signed Decision No. 1665/QD-UBND on promulgating the code of conduct in public places in Hanoi. The Department of Information and Communications would like to send the content of the above document to the Board of Directors (for implementation direction); Heads of units are informed, disseminated and thoroughly implemented to cadres, civil servants, lecturers and students of their units.
