Introducing the new Executive Board of the Faculty of Management Science for the new term.

On September 15, 2010, the Faculty of Management Science held a ceremony to announce the appointment of the Faculty's leadership board for the 2010-2015 term and to hold the opening ceremony for the new academic year 2010-2011.On behalf of the University's leadership, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu – Permanent Vice Rector – presented the appointment decisions to Dr. Tran Van Hai as Head of the Faculty, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Ngoc Thanh as Deputy Head of the Faculty, and Dr. Dao Thanh Truong as Deputy Head of the Faculty. In his congratulatory speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu expressed the University's expectations for the Faculty of Management Science, especially the new dynamic and creative leadership team, who will continue to lead the Faculty to strong development. On behalf of the new Faculty Board, Dr. Tran Van Hai expressed gratitude and appreciation to the previous Board for their significant contributions to the faculty's scientific and educational work over the years. Following the announcement of the new Board, the Faculty of Management Science awarded prizes and certificates of merit to 11 students who achieved excellent academic results, made significant contributions to class activities, the Youth Union, and the Student Association, and overcame difficulties to excel in their studies. In the 2010-2011 academic year, the Faculty of Management Science welcomed 129 first-year students with entrance scores ranking second in the entire university, and one student achieved the highest entrance score of 26. After 5 years of establishment (since August 11, 2006), the Faculty of Management Science has become a strong and continuously developing unit. The number of students admitted annually consistently ranks first, and its entrance scores are always among the top 3 leading faculties in the university. It is also one of the 5 units in the university tasked with training high-quality science graduates.
