- Decision No. 27/QD-XHNV-TC on Dr. Tran Thuy Anh, Deputy Head of International Relations Department, ceasing to hold the position of Acting Head of International Relations Department.

- Decision No. 28/QD-XHNV-TC on the establishment of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Training Cooperation on the basis of the Department of International Relations. The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Training Cooperation operates according to the functions and tasks approved by the Principal.

- Decision No. 29/QD-XHNV-TC on the transfer and appointment of Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Hieu, lecturer of the Faculty of Linguistics, to the position of Head of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Training Cooperation, with a term following the term of the Rector.

- Decision No. 30/QD-XHNV-TC on appointing Dr. Tran Thuy Anh, Deputy Head of International Relations Department to hold the position of Deputy Head of Foreign Affairs and International Training Cooperation Department, with a term following the term of the Rector.

- Decision No. 31/QD-XHNV-TC on appointing MSc. Pham Van Min, Deputy Head of International Relations Department to hold the position of Deputy Head of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Department, with a term following the term of the Rector.
