Establish the Department of External Relations and International Training Cooperation.

On January 6, 2010, the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities issued decisions on the establishment of the Department of External Relations and International Training Cooperation and the appointment of its leadership personnel.

- Decision No. 27/QD-XHNV-TC regarding the resignation of Dr. Tran Thuy Anh, Deputy Head of the International Relations Department, from her position as Acting Head of the International Relations Department.

- Decision No. 28/QD-XHNV-TC on the establishment of the Department of External Relations and International Training Cooperation on the basis of the Department of International Relations. The Department of External Relations and International Training Cooperation operates according to the functions and tasks approved by the Rector.

- Decision No. 29/QD-XHNV-TC on the transfer and appointment of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hieu, lecturer in the Faculty of Linguistics, to the position of Head of the Department of External Relations and International Training Cooperation, for a term concurrent with the Rector's term.

- Decision No. 30/QD-XHNV-TC on the appointment of Dr. Tran Thuy Anh, Deputy Head of the International Relations Department, to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of External Relations and International Training Cooperation, for a term concurrent with the Rector's term.

- Decision No. 31/QD-XHNV-TC on the appointment of Mr. Pham Van Min, M.Sc., Deputy Head of the International Relations Department, to the position of Deputy Head of the Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Department, for a term concurrent with the Rector's term.
