Training on leadership and management skills

On December 26th, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized a training session on leadership and management skills for staff members including heads and deputy heads of departments, heads of faculties/divisions, and directors of centers within the university.

The presenter was Prof. Dr. Truong Quang Hoc (Center for Resource and Environmental Research, Vietnam National University, Hanoi). The topic of the presentation was: Research Groups - From Thinking to Practice.

The main topics presented include:

- Scientific research at universities and research colleges

- Research groups as the basic structural unit of the university

- Mechanism for combining research groups

- Propose solutions for building strong research groups within universities.
