I. SUBJECTS:This announcement is for candidates wishing to apply for admission to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi in the following cases:
1. Candidates register for admission according to PTXT method 401(using the results of the VNU-HSA assessment test).
2. Candidates who want to submit proof of converting foreign language scores according to the PTXT 100 admission method(based on high school graduation exam results).
3. Candidates need to submit certificates according to the School's Admission Plan to receive bonus points in the admission process.
Note:Candidates who do not belong to the above groups will register for admission directly on the General Admission Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training according to general regulations.
II. SUBMIT APPLICATION ONLINE:HSA, SAT certificates, certificates of high school Olympic competitions of VNU, certificates of excellent high school students (excellent students at provincial/municipal level), international foreign language certificates...
Note: Candidates are fully responsible for the information declared and the evidence attached when submitting the application. The Admissions Council will conduct a post-check of the admission conditions for each subject when candidates enroll. Candidates who do not meet the admission conditions will be removed from the official admission list.
1. Evidence to be prepared- Candidates whose HSA exam scores are still valid until the deadline for submitting registration documents on the registration portal of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (valid for 02 years from the exam date).
- Candidates with SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test, USA) scores of 1100/1600 or higher need to register to send results to VNU (candidates who do not register to send results to VNU will have their application invalid). VNU's registration code with the SAT testing organization (The College Board) is 7853-Vietnam National University-Hanoi (candidates need to declare the above registration code when registering for the SAT test).
- Candidates who won prizes in the High School Olympic competition of VNU, the High School Excellent Student Competition, the Provincial/City Excellent Student Competition in the subjects of Math, Literature, History, Geography, English, Chinese, Japanese.
- Foreign language certificates, international foreign language certificates (IELTS Academic English, TOEFL iBT 72 points, HSK and HSKK level 4, JLPT level N3, TOPIK II level 4).

III. APPLICATION SUBMISSION TIMECandidates register their admission wishes on the system of the Ministry of Education and Training according to the general plan of the Ministry of Education and Training from July 16, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28, 2025.
Candidates submit their application for admission under the 401 PTXT (HAS) method and add incentive points on the school's information portal from July 18, 2025 to July 28, 2025.

B1. Access the website: Candidates access the following website to register online:

B2. Log in to your account:
- Candidates enter the confirmation code on the screen and press the button" Agree"
Click on the line “If you do not have a login account, click here to register” to register an account for the first time.

Note:- Candidates should read the entire notice carefully to avoid missing important information.
ATTENTION: CANDIDATES NEED TO PREPARE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS IN ADVANCE TO ACCURATELY DECLARE INFORMATION AND UPLOAD DOCUMENTS.
AT THE END OF EACH STEP, THE DECLARATED INFORMATION WILL BE DISPLAYED AGAIN FOR THE CANDIDATES TO CHECK AND CORRECT IF NECESSARY. ONCE MOVING TO THE NEXT STEP, THE DATA DECLARATED IN THE PREVIOUS STEP CANNOT BE CHANGED.
If you want to change your profile, you can only make a new registration and pay the new registration fee.

B3. Declare personal information
- Candidates must declare complete and accurate personal information in the required boxes.
- The “Date of birth” field includes the date, month and year separated by a “/” (Example: May 25, 2006)
- After clicking the “Enter” button, a notification will appear for the candidate to check the information just declared. If the information is correct, click the “Continue” button to perform the next step. If it is incorrect, click the “Edit” button to edit the information (Note: When clicking the “Continue” button, the candidate will not be able to go back and edit the information. Therefore, the candidate needs to carefully check personal information).
B4. Personal account information
- Candidates write down the account name given by the system
- Re-enter your account in the username field.password
Click the “Enter” button to proceed to the next step.
After entering the username and password, the system will display the QR code and the application registration interface. Candidates save the QR code to log in instead of entering the username and password.
B5. Register your wishes
- Candidates choose the admission category:
- Candidates click on "Select" to choose the type of certificate:
+ HSA or SAT test results:
+ Won 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes in the Olympic/Excellent Student Competition at the provincial/central city level (not considered for the Excellent Student Competitions of the Continuing Education system at the provincial/central city level (organized independently from the Excellent Student Competition at the provincial/central city level):
+ International language certificates:
- Candidates check the information carefully, if the information is correct, click the "Enter" button to proceed to the next step.
- Candidates click on “Click here to select to upload additional supporting photos”. The photo format is .jpg (or .jpeg) or .png. If the photo is not correct, click “Click here to select to upload additional supporting photos” to select the photo again. When sure, click “Upload photo”.
B6. Pay exam fee
- After completing uploading the supporting photo, click on “Click here to get the QR code and pay the fee”. The bottom of the screen displays the bank's QR code to pay the application fee.
Note: The fee must be completed when registering. If the candidate does not complete the fee payment, it means that the candidate has not successfully registered. Only when the fee is paid, the candidate will have an OFFICIAL NAME on the School's registration list. The profile will be deleted after 24 hours if the candidate has not paid the fee and must register again.
