I. TARGET AUDIENCE:This announcement is for candidates wishing to apply for admission to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, under the following circumstances:
1. Candidates register for admission using the PTXT 401 method.(Using the results of the National University of Hanoi's HSA aptitude test).
2. Candidates wishing to submit proof of foreign language score conversion using the PTXT 100 admission method.(Based on the results of the high school graduation exam).
3. Candidates who wish to submit certificates as per the School's admission plan may receive bonus points in the selection process.
Note:Candidates who do not belong to the above-mentioned groups will register for admission directly on the Ministry of Education and Training's general admissions support system according to general regulations.
II. SUBMIT APPLICATIONS ONLINE:HSA certificate, SAT certificate, certificate of winning the High School Olympic competition of Vietnam National University, certificate of excellent high school student (excellent student at the provincial/city level), international foreign language certificate…
Note: Applicants are fully responsible for the information they declare and the supporting documents they attach when submitting their application. The admissions committee will conduct a post-examination verification of admission requirements for each category upon enrollment. Applicants who do not meet the admission requirements will be removed from the official list of admitted students.
1. Documents to prepare- Candidates whose HSA test scores are still valid as of the deadline for submitting registration applications on the University of Social Sciences and Humanities' registration portal (valid for 2 years from the date of the test).
- Candidates with a score of 1100/1600 or higher on the SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test, USA) standardized test must register to submit their results to Vietnam National University, Hanoi (candidates who do not register to submit their results to Vietnam National University, Hanoi will have their applications considered invalid). The registration code for Vietnam National University, Hanoi with the SAT testing organization (The College Board) is 7853-Vietnam National University-Hanoi (candidates must declare this registration code when registering for the SAT test).
- Candidates who have won prizes in the Hanoi National University's High School Olympiad, the High School Excellent Student Competition, or the Provincial/City-level Excellent Student Competition in Mathematics, Literature, History, Geography, English, Chinese, and Japanese.
- Foreign language certificates, international foreign language certificates (English IELTS Academic, TOEFL iBT 72 points, HSK and HSKK level 4, JLPT level N3, TOPIK II level 4).

III. APPLICATION DEADLINECandidates register their admission preferences on the Ministry of Education and Training's system according to the Ministry of Education and Training's general plan from July 16, 2025 to 5:00 PM on July 28, 2025.
Candidates can submit their applications for admission under the PTXT 401 (HAS) method and receive bonus points on the university's portal from July 18, 2025 to July 28, 2025.

B2. Log in to your account:
- Candidates enter the verification code on the screen and press the button." Agree"
Click on the link "If you don't have an account yet, click here to register" to register an account for the first time.

Note:- Candidates should read the entire announcement carefully to avoid missing any important information.
ATTENTION: CANDIDATES NEED TO PREPARE THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE ACCURATE INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS FOR UPLOADING.
At the end of each step, the declared information will be displayed again for the candidate to check and correct if necessary. Once moving to the next step, the data declared in the previous step cannot be edited.
WHEN YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR PROFILE, YOU CAN ONLY DO SO BY MAKING A NEW REGISTRATION AND PAYING THE FEE ACCORDING TO THE NEW REGISTRATION.

To proceed to the next steps, click "Register".
B3. Declare personal information
- Candidates must fill in all required fields with complete and accurate personal information.
- The "Date of Birth" field includes the day, month, and year separated by a "/" (Example: 25/05/2006)
- After clicking the "Enter" button, a message will appear asking candidates to double-check the information they have just entered. If the information is correct, click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next step. If it is incorrect, click the "Edit" button to correct the information (Note: Once you click the "Continue" button, you will not be able to go back and edit the information again. Therefore, candidates need to carefully check their personal information).
B4. Personal account information
- Candidates should record the username provided by the system.
- Re-enter your account details in the username field.Tell me the password.
Click the “Enter” button to proceed to the next step.
After entering your username and password, the system will display a QR code and the application registration interface. Candidates should save the QR code to log in instead of entering their username and password.
B5. Register your preferences
- Candidates choose the admission category:
- Candidates click on "Select" to choose the type of certificate or certification:
+ HSA or SAT test results:
+ Winning 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize in the Provincial/City-level Olympic/Excellent Student Competition (excluding provincial/city-level Excellent Student Competitions in the Continuing Education system (organized independently from the provincial/city-level Excellent Student Competition):
+ International language certificates:
- Candidates should carefully check the information; if it is correct, click the "Enter" button to proceed to the next step.
- Candidates should click on "Click here to upload more supporting images". The image format should be .jpg (or .jpeg) or .png. If the image is incorrect, click "Click here to upload more supporting images" to select a different image. Once you are sure, click "Upload image".
B6. Pay the examination fee.
- After uploading the supporting photos, click on "Click here to get the QR code and pay the fee". At the bottom of the screen, you will see the bank's QR code for paying the application fee.
Note: The registration fee must be paid upon application submission. Failure to pay the fee will result in unsuccessful registration. Only after payment will the applicant's name be officially added to the school's registration list. Applications will be deleted after 24 hours if the fee has not been paid, and applicants must re-register.
