A. ADMISSION PLAN: (*) Candidates applying for master's programs through the application review method who meet the eligibility criteria will be notified of their interview schedule as follows:
Phase 1: Before 5:00 PM on May 18, 2025.
+ Phase 2: before 5:00 PM on October 19, 2025

D. APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
1. Online registration for candidates applying for master's and doctoral programs:
Registration period:
Phase 1: from March 15th to April 29th, 2025
Phase 2: from June 16th to September 30th, 2025
Online registration portal:http://tssdh.vnu.edu.vn
2.1 Register online within the specified time frame on the admissions portal above.
2.2 Submit the application according to the specified contents:
Master's program application documents: according to the requirements in Point 2, Section IV, Part B of the Admission Announcement.
Doctoral application documents: As per the requirements in Point 2, Section III, Part C of the Admission Notice.
In addition to their own application documents, doctoral candidates should download the following sample research proposal and letters of recommendation from scientists:

Note:
- For master's program applications: applicants must submit one set of application documents.
- For doctoral applications: candidates must submit a total of 6 sets of documents (including 1 original set and 5 photocopies of the originals).
- Candidates who do not register online or who register online but do not submit the required documents will not be eligible to apply.
- The application documents submitted by candidates must match the information declared on the admissions portal. The university's postgraduate admissions council will consider canceling the admission results of candidates if the information registered in the application is inaccurate and does not meet the eligibility criteria.
2.3 Application Submission Method:
- Submit documents by mail (based on the postmark):
Phase 1: from March 15th to April 20th, 2025
Phase 2: from June 16th to September 20th, 2025
- Submit directly to the Training Department (admissions section):
Phase 1: from April 21st to April 29th, 2025 (no collection on Sundays)
Phase 2: from September 21st to September 30th, 2025 (no collection on Sundays)
Application requirements:
- The application documents must be prepared by the candidate themselves, in accordance with the requirements in the Admission Announcement.
- Application documents must be placed in a file folder (paper bag), with the following information clearly written on the outside: Candidate's full name, Examination registration code (issued after successful online registration), Postgraduate application for Round 1/Round 2 of 2025. E. ADMISSION FEES
1. Registration and application fees (non-refundable upon withdrawal)
- Master's degree application fee: 300,000 VND/candidate
- Doctoral program application:
+ For Bachelor's degree holders: 500,000 VND/candidate
+ For Master's degree candidates: 260,000 VND/candidate
