1. Eligibility Criteria:+ Lecturer teaching subjects in Marxist-Leninist science, social sciences, and humanities.
+ Individuals with a university degree or higher who wish to study and research Ho Chi Minh Thought.
+ Final-year students in Social Sciences and Humanities (receive a certificate upon graduation).

3. Application documents and deadlines:+ Registration documents
- Registration form for the course (attached template);
- Copies of bachelor's or postgraduate degrees (if applicable);
- Two passport-sized photos (4 x 6 cm) taken within the last six months. Write your full name, date of birth, and place of birth on the back of each photo.
- Applicants must be university students studying in the Social Sciences and Humanities; they only need to submit the registration form and two photos.
+ Application submission period:
From March 25, 2025 to May 30, 2025.Students should submit scanned copies of their diplomas and course registration forms to the admissions officer; hard copies of documents will be submitted upon commencement of the course.
4. Study time:4 months, expected from June 2024 to September 2024(Depending on the number of registrations, the start date may be adjusted accordingly).
5. Tuition fees:6,000,000 VND (Six million Vietnamese Dong), 10% discount for groups of 3 or more students; tuition fees must be paid by bank transfer (account number 2600545287, BIDV Bank, Thanh Xuan branch, Hanoi, account holder Nguyen Thi Nga).
