- In the 2022-2023 school year, students achieved academic results of "excellent" or higher, and their overall results...
Training should result in a good or higher rating.
- Students who have never received or are not currently being considered for any non-budgetary scholarships for the 2023-2024 academic year.
2. Value of each scholarship: $340 USD/student/academic year
3. Scholarship quota: There are 5 scholarships available for the entire school.
4. Scholarship application documents:
- Student information form, written in English, with attached photo (Data sheet - according to template);
- Academic transcript for the 2022-2023 school year, in English, certified by the training institution;
- Photocopies of certificates regarding: academic achievements, scientific research, Youth Union/Association activities, difficult circumstances, community support activities… (if any);
All the above documents must be arranged in order and placed in a file folder. The outside of the file folder must clearly state the following information: (Mitsubishi Scholarship Application, Academic Year 2023-2024, Full Name, Date of Birth, Department, University, Phone Number, Email, List of Documents). Submitted applications will not be returned.
In addition to the original documents, students must submit a PDF file containing scanned copies of the documents arranged in the order listed above, with the file name being the student's full name.
The Heads of Departments are requested to inform students about the scholarship program. Students should submit original application documents to the University (via the Political and Student Affairs Office, Room 101, Building E). PDF files should be sent to the email address: bang@ussh.edu.vn. The deadline for submitting applications is October 6th, 2023 (Friday).
After the aforementioned deadline, if any unit has not had students submit nomination applications to the Department of Politics and Student Affairs, it will automatically be considered as not having any students participating in this program.
