Collect B1 certificates of students of Course QH-2020-X

Pursuant to Document No. 297/HD- VNU dated February 3, 2017 on "Organizing training of foreign language modules in the general knowledge block in the undergraduate and master's training program at Vietnam National University, Hanoi" and Official Dispatch No. 1593/VNU-DT dated May 24, 2019 on "List of institutions granting foreign language certificates according to the 6-level foreign language competency framework for use in Vietnam", the University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the organization of basic foreign language courses and the collection of B1 certificates/bachelor's degrees in foreign languages ​​as follows:

1. Organizing basic foreign language learning:

- Students register to study with the University Training Assistant of the units (according to the attached form), then the units compile the list and send it to the Training Department (SDH Department)

- Registration period: from December 1 to December 31, 2020.

- The school only opens a class when there are 30 or more registered students. If there are less than that number, students will have to wait for the next registration period to have enough students to open the class.

2. Obtain B1 certificate/Bachelor's degree in foreign languages:

- Students should see instruction 297/HD-DHVNHN and CV No. 1593/DHVNGHN-DT to understand the specific content of the regulations, certificate granting institutions recognized by VNU, certificate forms prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training...

- Apply for exemption from foreign language study with notarized copies of diplomas/certificates according toattached sample

- Submit application and diploma/certificate at Room 607 - Building E every Wednesday and Friday afternoon (2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.) and Tuesday and Thursday morning (8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.).

* Note: Starting from the 2018 course, students only need to submit their application and diploma/certificate to the Training Department (Postgraduate Department), and do not need to submit a copy to the faculty.
