Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister at the meeting of the Government Standing Committee on Covid-19 prevention and control on the afternoon of December 1, 2020 and Official Dispatch No. 3705/ĐHQGHN-CTHSSV dated December 3, 2020 of the Director of VNU on continuing to ensure Covid-19 prevention and control and performing well the tasks at the unit; in the face of the rapid and complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic in Ho Chi Minh City in recent days, the University requests units to implement the following contents:
- Continue to monitor and closely follow the situation, maintain and ensure strict and effective implementation of measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic according to updated guidance and direction documents of all levels and the School.
- Units carry out normal activities on the basis of ensuring requirements on reasonable distancing, body temperature monitoring, wearing masks, using antiseptic solutions, and making full and timely medical declarations.
- Functional departments and training units, based on practical conditions, prepare plans to switch to online teaching and learning when necessary.
- Units maintain environmental sanitation, ensure that working areas, lecture halls, libraries, restrooms, canteens, etc. have disinfectants, soap, clean water, and maintain general hygiene.
- The Trade Union, Youth Union, Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and other units continue to carry out propaganda and dissemination work for staff, students, postgraduates to implement disease prevention and control measures both inside and outside the unit.
