Invitation to submit papers for the workshop "Building an Open Educational Resources Platform for Vietnamese Higher Education: Policy Proposals, Community Building, and Technological Solution Development"

Organizing units: Faculty of Information and Library Science, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi), National Center for Research and Development on Open Technology (under the Ministry of Science and Technology), and the Vietnam Free and Open Source Software Club jointly organized the event.

The event is tentatively scheduled for December 2015 at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
