On August 31, 2015, the Ministry of Interior issued Circular No.04/2015/TT-BNVRegarding amendments and additionsArticle 6Circular No.15/2012/TT-BNVThe Ministry of Interior's Circular dated December 25, 2012, provides guidance on recruitment, signing of employment contracts, and compensation for training and professional development costs for civil servants..The University of Social Sciences and Humanities hereby publishes the content of the above-mentioned documents. This Circular takes effect from October 15, 2015.
