The seminar "Building a Workplace Culture at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities," organized by the University's Trade Union Executive Committee, is scheduled to take place on May 14, 2010.The purpose of the workshop is to build a standard code of conduct and a disciplined, efficient work style for officials and employees, aiming to create a team of officials and employees with good moral character who successfully complete their assigned tasks. The discussions will focus on the following main issues:
- Performing assigned professional and technical tasks;
- Behavior and conduct when communicating with students, colleagues, and partners;
- Attitude and awareness during group activities;
- Attire for the office, ceremonies, and meetings.
The contributions and suggestions from this workshop will form the basis for developing an official regulation on workplace culture at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the near future.
