- Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities - 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi
Note:
- We request that all graduate students come.on timeAnnouncement: Students arriving late will not have enough time to complete the procedures for signing for their diplomas, changing into their ceremonial attire, and receiving their diplomas on stage.
- Students receiving their diplomas must bring photo identification. If a student is unable to come in person, the person receiving the diploma on their behalf must bring a notarized power of attorney along with notarized copies of the identity cards of both the grantor and the grantee.
