The Master's degree awarding ceremony of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in 2020 took place on January 16th.

112 graduate students received their Master's degrees in 2020.

Rector Professor Pham Quang Minh presented certificates of merit and awards to the two new master's graduates with outstanding academic results.

 

Vice Rector Hoang Anh Tuan delivered a congratulatory speech to the new master's graduates. He shared information about the recent innovations in postgraduate training at the university: training management activities are being adjusted to be more streamlined and flexible, better meeting the needs and rights of learners; there is increasingly close coordination between functional departments and faculties in the training process; the number of students graduating two years ahead of schedule is increasing; the university's postgraduate training programs continue to attract the attention of learners and ensure a fairly stable number of admitted students.

Associate Professor Pham Thu Hoa - Deputy Head of the Training Department - read the decision to award master's degrees to 112 students.

Dr. Pham Huy Cuong - Deputy Head of the Student Affairs and Services Department, presided over the graduation ceremony.

Mr. Doan Tung Anh (History major), on behalf of the new master's graduates, presented flowers to express gratitude to the Rector.

The 112 graduates in this batch come from the following fields: Journalism, Political Science, Social Work, Oriental Studies, History, Archival Studies, Linguistics, Science and Technology Management, Tourism and Travel Service Management, Office Management, Psychology, Religious Studies, Philosophy, Literature, Vietnamese Studies, Sociology, and Management Science.

The fields with the most new master's graduates this time are Journalism (18), Social Work (16), Psychology (18), Literature (10), Political Science (07), Office Management (06)...

TanMSc. Doan Tung Anh expressed his gratitude to the teachers and the University for creating favorable conditions for the students to successfully complete the course. He shared: "Besides the knowledge of the field of study, the students also received other values ​​from the teachers and the university such as humanistic spirit, enthusiasm in research and learning, and a highly collaborative learning and research environment... All of these things have brought honor to the students in being postgraduate students at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities."
