The polling station of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is polling station number 11 in Thanh Xuan Trung ward. The standing committee of the polling station has 21 members, with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Vice Rector of the University - serving as the Head of the polling station, and Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu - Head of the Department of Politics and Student Affairs - serving as the Deputy Head of the polling station.

Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu stated that the election is a major socio-political event for the country, and the Party Committee of the University pays special attention to it. The University has established an election committee and carried out preparatory activities seriously, according to the schedule and specific guidelines from competent authorities. In particular, security and order on election day are given special importance.

The university has completed the registration of voters for the polling station at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (to date, 1,834 voters have registered). Information about the election has been widely disseminated to students through various channels: through courses, through student affairs assistants in various units, through activities of the Youth Union and Student Association, and through the university's website. The election process and information regarding time, location, and regulations have been posted on the website for students to refer to. In addition, the promotion of the election day is regularly integrated into many professional activities and extracurricular and cultural activities to help students understand the important significance of the event as well as the duties and rights of a citizen when participating in voting to elect worthy representatives to the highest legislative body of the State. In addition, attention was paid to preparing the facilities and decorations at the polling stations, aiming to create a solemn, serious atmosphere and a joyful mood on election day.

According to Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu, all preparations for the election proceeded smoothly and according to procedure. Students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities responded enthusiastically and passionately, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility towards a major socio-political event of the country. Recently, the University's election preparations have been highly praised by inspection teams from Thanh Xuan ward, Thanh Xuan district, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and the City.
