The election team of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is election team number 11 in Thanh Xuan Trung ward. The standing committee of the election team has 21 members, with Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Vice Rector of the School as the Head of the team, Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu - Head of the Department of Politics and Student Affairs as the Deputy Head of the team.

Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu said that the election is an event of great political and social significance for the country, which the Party Committee of the School pays special attention to. The School has established an election team and carried out preparation activities seriously, on schedule, and according to the specific contents instructed by the competent authorities. In particular, security and order on election day are given special attention.

The school has completed the list of voters registered to vote at the polling station at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (up to this point, there are 1,834 registered voters). Information about the election activities has been widely disseminated to students through many channels: through courses, through the CTCTSV assistants of units, through the activities of the Youth Union, Student Association, through the school's website... The election process and information about time, location and regulations have been posted on the website for students to refer to. In addition, propaganda about the election day is also regularly integrated into many professional activities and cultural and extracurricular activities... to help students understand the important meaning of the event as well as the obligations and rights of a citizen when participating in voting to elect a worthy representative to the highest legislative body of the State. In addition, attention is also paid to the preparation of facilities and decorations at the polling stations, in order to create a solemn, serious space and a joyful atmosphere on election day.

According to Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu, all preparations for the election went smoothly and in accordance with procedures. Students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities responded enthusiastically, demonstrating their high sense of responsibility for a major political and social activity of the country. Recently, the University's election preparations were highly appreciated by inspection teams of Thanh Xuan ward and district, VNU and the City.
