During the meeting, Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tuan introduced basic information about the University of Social Sciences and Humanities: The University is a key member of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, with 16 faculties, 12 research centers, 1 research institute, and 1 museum. The Faculty of Oriental Studies currently offers Korean Studies, one of the leading institutions for training in Korean Studies and the Korean language. The University also has the Seijong Korean Language Center, specializing in teaching Korean to Vietnamese people, with support from Busan University (Korea). Over the years, with expanded cooperation between the University and the Korean Embassy, universities, research institutes, foundations, and social organizations in Korea, the University has achieved significant success in promoting research and training in Korean Studies.

Dr. Ryu Tae-Soo stated that Hanyang Cyber University wishes to promote cooperation with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. He proposed several collaborative activities such as developing an online Korean language program for Korean students of Vietnamese origin, organizing Vietnamese language classes for Korean students in Vietnam, and implementing 1+3 and 2+2 joint training programs between the two universities. To contribute to realizing these goals, Dr. Ryu Tae-Soo proposed signing a memorandum of cooperation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Hanyang Cyber University in the future.
Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tuan agreed with Dr. Ryu Tae-Soo's proposals and pledged to create the best conditions to support Korean students participating in studies and research at the University. The Faculty of Oriental Studies will be the focal point for cooperation between the University and Hanyang Cyber University. The two universities will also cooperate with Samsung (Korea) to organize an online Korean language teaching program.

Hanyang Cyber University, established in 2002, is located in Seoul. Currently, it comprises 15 faculties with approximately 13,200 students. The university offers high-quality training programs and practical experiences. Hanyang Cyber University was founded with the aim of providing equal opportunities for all, helping them realize their potential while cultivating capable individuals who can contribute to the prosperity of the nation and all of humanity.
