On behalf of the President of VNU, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Kim Son sent his congratulations and thanks for the active cooperation of the Center for Journalism and Communication in the communication activities of VNU in the recent past; at the same time, he emphasized that communication activities in the coming time need to be more professional, effective and transparent between VNU and units within VNU.

MSc. Pham Dinh Lan (Director of the Center for Journalism and Communication) expressed his gratitude for the attention and guidance of VNU in the recent past and shared some key development orientations of the Center in the coming time.

Also this morning, the delegation of VNU also visited and congratulated the Faculty of Journalism and Communication on the occasion of the anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day.

On behalf of the Director of VNU, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Kim Son spoke highly of the achievements of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication in training many generations of journalists with good capacity, expertise and qualities, effectively contributing to the cause of national construction and development.

Over the years, the Faculty of Journalism and Communication has always been an attractive training address, attracting the attention of learners. On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of its establishment, the faculty was honored to receive the 3rd class Labor Medal - recognizing the tireless contributions over a quarter of a century to the field of journalism training in the country.

To promote tradition and maintain its position in the future, the faculty needs to actively innovate its curriculum to better meet the practical requirements of the profession in the new context, and expand cooperative relationships with domestic and foreign partners.

Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Kim Son wished the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, to continue to have strong development in the future, worthy of being one of the leading journalism training institutions in the country.

Thanking the close guidance of the leaders of VNU, Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Head of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, pledged that the faculty will unite and make more efforts to help the Faculty of Journalism and Communication reach further and further in the future.
