Accompanying the delegation, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Quang Minh, the school's Rector, were Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy, Head of the Inspection and Legal Affairs Department and Deputy Commander, and Ms. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh, Head of the Personnel and Organization Department and Deputy Political Commissar of the school's Military Command.
Lieutenant Colonel Pham Danh Vinh, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff, presented the appointment decision for the position of Commander to Associate Professor Dr. Pham Quang Minh.
Speaking at the meeting, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Danh Vinh highly appreciated the school's activities in national defense, security, and local military affairs in the past period. The school has always been one of the leading units in learning, training, and education in Thanh Xuan district. For many years, the school's military command has consistently maintained the title of "Determined to Win" in organization and force building; the learning environment and political security have always been stable; and the responsibility of fulfilling military service obligations of staff, faculty, and students has always been ensured according to regulations.
As a leading university in the field of social sciences and humanities nationwide, the faculty, staff, and students of the university always maintain a firm political and ideological stance, with a correct understanding of the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations, especially in the fields of national defense and security, and local military affairs, said Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh.
On behalf of all faculty, staff, students, and trainees of the University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh expressed gratitude for the assistance and support of the Thanh Xuan District Military Command in the University's activities and pledged to closely supervise local defense, security, and military activities at the grassroots level, striving to achieve many accomplishments in the coming time.
