Honored to be the organizer of the 2023 rotating meeting of SEAMEO SPAFA - Southeast Asian Center for Knowledge Education and Arts, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU has made careful preparations for this event.

Participants: Foreign:16 delegates, including the current SPAFA Coordinating Board and representatives of 8 member countries; Vietnam:Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Training, representatives of the Board of Directors of Hanoi National University; representatives of the Institute of Archaeology and teachers and researchers inside and outside Hanoi National University interested in the fields of history, archaeology and fine arts.
