Teachers and staff from all training units, functional departments, and student support activities will be available on the enrollment day.Participating in the enrollment process for new students are teachers from the school's Board of Directors, teachers from 17 training units, functional departments, and organizations (Training Department, Political and Student Affairs Department, Planning and Finance Department, Inspection and Legal Affairs Department, General Administration Department, Communication and Information Technology Center, School Trade Union, Youth Union, Student Association, etc.).
The VNU-USSH campus was filled with the atmosphere of a festival – a day to welcome new students.
During the autumn month of September, new students and their parents were provided seating in shaded areas of the campus and cool lecture halls. The application process was organized efficiently, quickly, and conveniently for the students during the enrollment procedures.
From tomorrow, September 7th to September 17th, 2023, students will participate in the Orientation Week, receive health check-ups, and visit the school's traditional exhibition room. In particular, to help them quickly integrate into the learning environment and new teachers and friends, representatives from the Faculty Leadership Board, Academic Advisors for the K68 class, and representatives from the Executive Boards of the Student Union and Student Association of the training units will help students learn about the faculty's organization, appoint class representatives, establish temporary student union/student association branches, learn about the training program of their major, receive program advice, and receive the timetable for the first semester of the 2023-2024 academic year.

A precious gift for the female students of the Faculty of Humanities.Also on the orientation day, the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-USSH, in coordination with the Vietnam-Ireland Bilateral Education Cooperation Project (VIBE), organized a ceremony to present traditional Vietnamese ao dai dresses to students in a warm and loving atmosphere at Building G. The project was implemented with the desire to give new female students of VNU-USSH, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds, the opportunity to wear Vietnamese ao dai dresses on the opening day of the new academic year, marking the beginning of a beautiful chapter in their youth.
The traditional Vietnamese dresses, neatly ironed and elegantly displayed on racks by the teachers, were presented to the female students of the Faculty of Humanities, much to the joy of the students and their parents.
Rector Hoang Anh Tuan, along with teachers from the VIBE Project and the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, at the event space for the program to donate ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) to female students of VNU-USSH K68.
