The university places particular importance on its cooperative relationship with French universities, and this is one of the most effective international cooperation activities of the university in particular and within the network of Vietnamese universities cooperating with France in general.

In the coming period, the University requests the French Embassy's support and assistance in opening more joint training programs with French universities such as: Master's in Social Psychology, Labor, Career Guidance and Environment, Master's in Archival Studies, etc.; organizing more international scientific conferences with the participation of Vietnamese and French scientists in 2014; and promoting student and faculty exchange.
