The ceremony was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa - Vice Rector of the University, Mr. Cho Ho-seok - Deputy General Director of Administration and Human Resources, Samsung Electronics Vietnam, and Mr. Kim Jin Woo - Head of Human Resources, Samsung Electronics Vietnam. Also present were lecturers from the Korean Studies Department, the Sejong Center, and 20 students of the new course.
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Tran Thi Minh Hoa highly appreciated Samsung Electronics' efforts in foreign language training for its local employees: “Language is a means to bring us closer together; we need language to communicate and work with each other. We highly appreciate Samsung Electronics Vietnam's investment in improving the language proficiency of its employees. I also understand that the training program is quite demanding, but rest assured that with our team of highly qualified instructors, you will learn about the Korean language and culture in the best possible way.”

Associate Professor Tran Thi Minh Hoa highly appreciated the efforts of Samsung Electronics Vietnam in training foreign languages for its employees.
This course will still last for two months, starting today (July 8th) and ending on October 8th, 2015. The 20 students in this course must achieve Korean language proficiency level 4 within this timeframe. Furthermore, to complete the course, students will have to attend classes for 10 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, for eight weeks. Learning from the first course, the focus will be on developing listening and speaking skills to better meet the practical demands of the Samsung Electronics Vietnam workplace.

The second course consisted of 20 trainees, all of whom were outstanding employees of the company.
