Attending the ceremony were Associate Professor Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa - Vice Principal of the School, Mr. Cho Ho-seok - Deputy General Director of Human Resources Administration of Samsung Electronics Vietnam, Mr. Kim Jin Woo - Head of Human Resources Department of Samsung Electronics Vietnam. The ceremony also had the presence of lecturers from the Korean Studies Department, Sejong Center and 20 students of the new course.
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa highly appreciated Samsung Electronics' efforts in training foreign languages for local employees: "Language is a means to bring us closer together, we need language to communicate and work together. I also know that the curriculum for your students is quite heavy, but you can rest assured that with our team of well-qualified lecturers, we will help you learn about Korean language and culture in the best way."
Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa highly appreciated the efforts in foreign language training for employees of Samsung Electronics Vietnam.
This course will continue for 2 months, starting from today (July 8) until October 8, 2015. 20 students of the course will have to reach level 4 Korean language proficiency during this period. In addition, to complete the course curriculum, students will have to attend class 10 hours/day from Monday to Saturday for 8 weeks. At the same time, learning from the first course, students will be focused more on listening and speaking skills to meet the practical working environment of Samsung Electronics Vietnam.
The second course included 20 students who were excellent employees of the company.
