On the afternoon of January 15, 2013, Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh – Vice Rector – met and worked with the International Institute for Japanese Culture Studies (Nichibunken), led by Professor Shirahata Yozaburo. During the meeting, both sides exchanged ideas on coordinating activities such as workshops and seminars this year.
On the afternoon of January 15, 2013, Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh – Vice Rector – met and worked with the International Institute for Japanese Culture Studies (Nichibunken), led by Professor Shirahata Yozaburo. During the meeting, both sides exchanged ideas on coordinating activities such as workshops and seminars this year.Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh expressed his hope that experts and researchers from the Nichibunken Institute would cooperate with the University in teaching and introducing new topics and approaches in Japanese studies to the University's postgraduate programs. In addition, the University also hopes to receive professional support from the Institute when conducting research programs on Japan. 2013 marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan (1973 – 2013).
