Attending the performance were Mr. Jaswant Singh – Second Secretary for Culture and Education (Indian Embassy), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh – Vice Rector of the University, representatives of the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, and leaders of functional departments of the University.

At this performance, the SangeetNatak Academy art troupe presented Nrityarupa: A Mosaic of Indian Dance. They also introduced six main traditional dances, representing the diversity of Indian culture: Bharatanetyam; Kathak; Odissi; Manipuri; Kathakali; and Chhau. Faculty, staff, and students of the university had the opportunity to enjoy these outstanding classical dance performances, typical cultural delights of India. This was also a chance for faculty and students to better understand the country, people, and culture of India.

The Sangeet Nataka Academy of Classical Dance, part of the Sangeet Nataka Academy of Arts, was established on May 31, 1952, and is considered a leading institution for performing arts in India, contributing to the preservation and promotion of India's cultural heritage in the fields of music, dance, and drama.
