On December 31, 2021, Associate Professor Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh – Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, along with representatives from the Political and Student Affairs Department, the Youth Union, and the Student Association, visited and extended New Year greetings to the teachers and staff of the Me Tri Dormitory Management Board and the students residing there. The university presented 55 gifts to both domestic and international students living and studying at the Me Tri Dormitory. This is an annual activity during the Lunar New Year season, demonstrating the university's affection and concern for the well-being of its students.

Associate Professor Lai Quoc Khanh, on behalf of the University, extended New Year greetings and thanked the teachers and staff of the Me Tri Dormitory Management Board and the Student Support Center - VNU for their care and support in providing the best possible living and studying conditions for students and international students. This serves as a motivation for the University and parents to feel secure in the place where students live, study, and conduct research. He expressed his hope that in the coming academic year, the Me Tri Dormitory will continue to do even better in building the image of a friendly and modern international student village, a reliable destination for students both domestically and internationally. Especially in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Management Board and all staff have joined hands to support and assist students, ensuring they have the best possible living and studying conditions.
