At the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, this is the first time the University has organized the writing of self-assessment reports and external evaluations for two master's degree programs. Over two working days, the evaluation team listened to presentations about the programs from both units and conducted interviews with employers, alumni, graduate students, lecturers, and support staff of the two programs. They also inspected the evidence and facilities serving the training of the two specializations.

At the closing session, with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thanh Truong, representatives of the functional departments and all staff, lecturers and specialists of the two units, the external evaluation team presented an overview of the strengths, weaknesses and made recommendations for improving the quality of the two training programs. On behalf of the University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thanh Truong expressed his sincere gratitude to the evaluation team.
