On February 22nd, a delegation from Naresuan University (Thailand) visited and worked at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The delegation was led by Professor Krasae Chanawongse (Chairman of the University Council) and Professor Sujin Jinahyon (Rector). Receiving the delegation on behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities were Vice Rectors Professor Vu Duc Nghieu, Associate Professor Nguyen Van Kim, Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh, along with representatives from the Faculty of Oriental Studies and several departments.

On February 22nd, a delegation from Naresuan University (Thailand) visited and worked at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The delegation was led by Professor Krasae Chanawongse (Chairman of the University Council) and Professor Sujin Jinahyon (Rector). Receiving the delegation on behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities were Vice Rectors Professor Vu Duc Nghieu, Associate Professor Nguyen Van Kim, Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh, along with representatives from the Faculty of Oriental Studies and several departments.During the meeting, both sides exchanged information on the current development of their respective universities and discussed future cooperation activities. The University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Naresuan University signed a cooperation agreement in the 2008-2009 academic year and have implemented collaborative activities in training, student and faculty exchange. Each year, 15 students from Naresuan University come to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to study Vietnamese language and culture.

During the meeting, both sides proposed areas of potential future cooperation such as: collaborative research in sociology, oriental studies, and ethnology; exchange of management experience between leaders of both sides; increased student exchange for study and research; and collaborative development of training programs in fields of mutual interest.
