Regarding Laval University, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is planning to implement several activities such as organizing workshops and seminars with the participation of lecturers and researchers from Laval; student and trainee exchanges; and especially, developing a joint master's program in International Relations. Professor Pham Quang Minh believes that the two universities have many prospects for cooperation based on similarities in academic fields, especially international relations and political science.
