Awarding 5 scholarships to graduate students of hotel management

In addition to scholarships from Accor Group (France) and Sunway (Malaysia), the University of Social Sciences and Humanities recently awarded five scholarships to five postgraduate students in the Master of Hotel Management program. These students achieved excellent academic results in the first semester of the 2008-2009 academic year. The total value of these five scholarships is VND 17,000,000.

The Master of Hotel Management is one of three training programs offered by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in collaboration with the University of Toulouse le Mirail (France), and began its first course in 2008 with 36 students. The Faculty of Tourism Studies is responsible for implementing this training program. The program aims to provide students with practical knowledge of hotel management, including strategic planning and development, financial management, human resource management, and the use of hotel management software. Lecturers are professors from the University of Toulouse le Mirail, the language of instruction is English, and the degree is awarded by the University of Toulouse le Mirail.

The coordinated implementation of this program is one of the school's activities aimed at accessing advanced training programs worldwide, thereby improving the quality of education in line with international integration trends.
