Over the past period, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Vinpearl Company have been exchanging information and exploring mutual needs to reach an agreement on future cooperation. Accordingly, the two sides will implement key activities including: supporting students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities with internships and job opportunities at Vinpearl; coordinating the organization of practical training programs at the tourism enterprise; and coordinating activities to support students related to career counseling, scholarships, developing career-oriented field trips, and establishing tourism internship clubs, etc.

During the meeting, Vice Rector Hoang Anh Tuan emphasized the immense potential for cooperation between a leading Vietnamese university in social sciences and humanities and a leading enterprise in the tourism, resort, and entertainment sector in Vietnam. The university can advise and provide courses ranging from short-term to intensive, from undergraduate to postgraduate levels, in fields related to tourism, hotel management, and restaurant operations, specifically for Vinpearl's staff, meeting the company's need to improve the quality of its workforce to an international standard. In addition, Vinpearl supports the university's students in internships and practical training at its resorts nationwide, thereby contributing to improving the quality of the university's training in line with the practical needs of the labor market.

Vice Rector Hoang Anh Tuan and Ms. Hoang Thi My Hanh agreed on the contents of the official agreement between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Vinpearl Joint Stock Company.

The Vice Rector also stated that the University has strengths in training in many fields such as Sociology, Psychology, Vietnamese Studies, Journalism and Communication, Linguistics, History, etc., and could cooperate with Vinpearl because the current trend is to apply multidisciplinary knowledge to create maximum effectiveness and adaptability in each job position at the enterprise. The University is also ready to act as a focal point to disseminate and connect information, values, and the influence of Vinpearl to students, partners, and the social community.

Following this meeting, the two organizations will officially sign a cooperation agreement, which will serve as the basis for implementing various collaborative projects in the future.
