The two sides will cooperate in organizing a part-time university training course in Journalism specifically for officials, reporters, and personnel working in the information and communication sector of Hoa Binh province this academic year. The training program will be developed and implemented by lecturers and experts from the Faculty of Journalism and Communication at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Hoa Binh Provincial College of Economics and Technology and the Hoa Binh Provincial Journalists Association, with their professional expertise, will support and participate in teaching specialized modules and practical training content in accordance with the training regulations and curriculum of the Journalism and Communication major of the College.

During the meeting, leaders from both sides emphasized the significant importance of this cooperation, aiming to further improve the quality of human resources in journalism, information, and communication in Hoa Binh province. For the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, this represents a new development in the cooperation to train high-quality human resources for localities – a direction the University has been very interested in recently.
Also on April 5, 2018, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities awarded diplomas to 76 new graduates in Social Work in Hoa Binh province.
