The Rector receives Professor Danny Wong (University of Malaya, Malaysia).

During the meeting, Professor Pham Quang Minh highly appreciated Professor Danny Wong's visit. The University of Malaya is a long-standing traditional partner of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The two professors exchanged views on the university's policy of developing it into a research university, methods for evaluating scientific journals according to ISI standards, and experiences in developing a set of criteria for the performance of faculty and staff (KPI – Key Performance Indicators).

Rector Pham Quang Minh shared information about research promotion activities at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, such as writing skills courses, scientific research methodology courses, and specialized seminars in various fields. Following Professor Danny Wong's sharing of research programs being conducted by the University of Malaya, Professor Pham Quang Minh extended an invitation to collaborate on joint projects at the University. Professor Danny Wong further suggested organizing training courses to facilitate direct and effective experience sharing between the two sides.
