The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has just been awarded a certificate of merit by the Ministry of Education and Training for its outstanding achievements in student scientific research in 2008.
The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has just been awarded a certificate of merit by the Ministry of Education and Training for its outstanding achievements in student scientific research in 2008.
The school is one of 20 institutions nationwide to receive a Certificate of Merit this time. In addition, seven student research projects from the school were awarded one first prize, one second prize, one third prize, and four consolation prizes at the ministerial level. Specifically, these include:
- First Prize: Nguyen Duong Le Huyen (Class of 2005-2009, Faculty of Literature) with the topic "Anti-corruption laws during the Nguyen Dynasty (research on the Imperial Vietnamese Laws - the chapter on Funeral Rites in comparison with the Great Qing Laws)";
- Second Prize: Bui Thi Thanh Dieu (Class of 2004-2008, Faculty of Information and Library Science) with the topic "The system of science and technology information products and services serving the socio-economic development of rural and mountainous areas at the National Science and Technology Information Center.";
- Third Prize: the group of students Dang Thi Bich Hang, Pham Thi Hoa, Hoang Mai Anh (classes of 2005-2009 and 2006-2010, Psychology Department) with the topic "Research on the adaptation of K52 students at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to credit-based training.";
