The Ministry of Science and Technology hereby announces the method and plan for selecting organizations and individuals to lead science and technology tasks under key national science and technology programs to be implemented in the 2013 plan.1. The selection process will be conducted according to the guidelines in Circular No. 08/2012/TT-BKHCN dated April 2, 2012, of the Ministry of Science and Technology on the selection and direct assignment of organizations and individuals to lead state-level scientific research and technology development projects and pilot production projects, and Circular No. 09/2012/TT-BKHCN dated April 2, 2012, of the Ministry of Science and Technology on the selection and direct assignment of organizations and individuals to lead state-level social science and humanities research tasks. 2. Application dossiers will be prepared according to the unified form issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology accompanying the aforementioned Circulars. 3. Submission address: Ministry of Science and Technology, 113 Tran Duy Hung Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. 4. Application Deadline: Applications for the selection process can be submitted by mail or directly to the Ministry of Science and Technology (via the Administrative Office of the Ministry). The final deadline for receiving applications is 5:00 PM on July 25, 2012. Applications sent by mail will be considered based on the postmark from Hanoi Post Office, no later than July 25, 2012.
